Jan Juc Septic System Installation
The challenge: A residential property on the Surf Coast required a new septic system to replace an ageing and non-compliant existing system. The site’s proximity to coastal vegetation and council environmental requirements meant a high-performance treatment system was essential.
Our solution: We designed and installed a FujiClean advanced aerobic treatment system — one of the most environmentally advanced wastewater treatment units available. The system delivers consistent, high-quality treated water suitable for sub-surface irrigation, even on a compact coastal lot.
The result: A fully compliant, low-maintenance system with council approval. The homeowners have year-round peace of mind and a system that will last decades with routine servicing.
Batesford FujiClean Install & Ongoing Service
The challenge: A rural Geelong property with an existing failing septic system needed a full replacement that could handle increased household loading while meeting Barwon Water and EPA Victoria standards for rural land.
Our solution: We removed the old system, redesigned the site drainage layout, and installed a FujiClean CE-Series system — the ideal choice for properties with limited land area and higher-than-average household loading. We handled the full permit process with the local council and EPA.
The result: The property now has a fully permitted, high-performance wastewater system. As the certified local FujiClean service agent, we provide ongoing annual servicing and compliance reporting for the system.
